Happy Harry's 52nd Avenue

Happy Harry’s Bottle Shop
Fargo, North Dakota

Project Description:

Happy Harry’s 52nd Avenue Location has more than 11 miles of wood and 17,000 square feet of retail and office space. It includes electric car charging stations, LED lighting on every display shelf, a growler station, wine tasting station, and a cigar room. Obernel partnered with JLG Architects on this project and was responsible for mechanical and electrical engineering.

The silver grain bin you can see from the outside serves as a wine tasting room and can also host special events. “The barn and grain bin structure honors the rural, agricultural heritage of our region. Customers will be amazed at the open feeling and beauty of the building,” says Steve Gehrtz, Principal Construction Manager, Gehrtz Construction Services.
