ONE is looking for a General Accountant to join our growing team of professionals in our Fargo, N.D. location.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for processing and coding vouchers, issuing payments, processing employee expense reports, and sending client monthly statements. The general accountant will record various financial items into the accounting systems. The position will serve as a liaison between the company and clients and/or vendors regarding all financial account inquiries. This role will ensure proper documentation and audit evidence will be organized and accounted for. The General Accountant will provide the Controller with various reports and make sure internal control policies and best practices are being followed.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional working experience preferred.
  • Industry or related experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deltek Vision EPR system experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to maintain excellent integrity and ethical standards within the role.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, human resources, communications, or related field.
  • Proven ability to be results-oriented and work well on a team.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to maintain excellent integrity and ethical standards within the role.
